Sideways?!

If anybody could give me some technical help, I need to know how to turn my pictures so they aren't sideways when I post them. If I turn my camera to take a picture, the camera automatically flips the picture around and it looks right on my camera and on my digital photo program but when I post the picture, it is turned. Any answers? I've got a kink in my neck and you probably do too.

Aleise was trying to tell me that she wanted a piece of cheese but I thought she was saying juice (which really means milk, so complicated!) You could tell that she understood that I wasn't getting it because she wasn't saying it right. Finally, she scrunched up her face like she does when we are taking pictures and tell her to "say cheese!" and said CHEESE! I got it! 1.10
